Our first stage is the most important stage of our process. We hear your ideas, consider any challenges you may face and brainstorm the best solutions. We will begin to sketch your ideas with your desired dimensions, materials, and finishes.

We now begin to finalize details and specifications for your project and provide you with quotes, drawings, and samples. Around 2 to 3 weeks we will render a collection of samples for you to review after you confirm our design and have them delivered in as quick as 5 business days.

Depending on your needs we will work to provide you with the best shipping options, low cost solutions, and time management. Our frequent and open line of communication will assure all your needs will be met in timely manner.

Shipping

We work closely with every partner involved to understand our timeline and develop a detailed shipping and logistics plan. Ocean transit to the West Coast generally takes around 2 to 3 weeks while the East Coasts takes around 4 to 6 weeks. Our brief and proactive communication from our project management team will run strong until the finished product is in your hands.

Production

All the elements are now passed to our expert design and engineering team to produce your custom casegoods, furnitures, and fixtures. Production lead time runs about 45 to 60 days after confirming designs & samples.
